Tasked by Kiewit Construction, HCPA led the effort for WSDOT Coastal 29 Fish Passage - Sites 10 & 11 (Ocean Shores) and Site 23 (HWY 101, Hoquiam) to remove the fish barrier under Highway 101 and replace with a box culvert and restore the stream bed. HCPA completed this task in rapid time (90 day execution), on budget, and with zero safety incidents.

This custom-design Beaverfit USA training tower went through 4 design reviews to meet the 306th Rescue Squadron’s unique training requirements and represented the tallest Beaverfit structure to date. Major features include an indoor shooting house, external climbing wall, and repelling tower. Constructed in under 5 months from breaking ground to usable training tower at Davis Monthan AFB, AZ

The Manchester Fuel Depot happens to be the Pentagon's largest single-site fuel terminal in the United States with roughly 1,200 gas stations worth of military-grade fuel, lubricants and additives for a variety of Navy vessels and military vehicles. HCPA led the demo, disposal, excavation, and replacement of 181 concrete support piers for key pipeline infrastructure.

 Working with Precision Electric Group (PEG), HCPA excavated and installed utilities that included more than 22,000 feet of electrical conduit at the United Postal Service (UPS) gate into Boeing Airfield (BFI). 

Registered as a Small Contractor Supplier (SCS) with King County, WA, HCPA partnered with ACI on the Jan Road Levee Setback project to reduce flood-related risks to people, property, and infrastructure. The new flood protection levee and revetment improved natural riverine and riparian processes, functions, and habitat while providing mitigation for the 2017 Cedar River wood relocation effort

As Amazon shifts its delivery fleet to electric Mercedez-Benz and Rivian delivery vans, it must update its distribution centers to incorporate EV charging stations. Working with Precision Electric Group (PEG) in Tukwila, WA, HCPA installed 65 EV charging stalls (and supporting utilities) in approximately 1 month.
